Although we assume that our people will communicate correctly with our customers, we currently rely on experience gained in service to provide a quality service in this respect.
It seems clear that as the business grows, we need to take a much more proactive role with customer interaction and shift our perceived balance of learning in this topic at least a little towards the study side.
It is understoof that this will remain an experience based knowledge area but we do need to provide more deliberately controlled input through seminars, workshops and other training.
Additional documentation should be added within the tool KST and then exported to the web resource.
