Customer services are seen as the mos important business area from the business management and growth perspeciive. Whilst areas such as engineering and installation are critical, they must work in harmony with and be driven by the customer services agenda.

Topic:- Business Future.

We see customer services as a key element for business future and growth. We need to ensure that all parts of the business which provide services to Customer Services are functionning correctly and addressing the needs identified by customer services.
Customer services are our business front line and have access to customer feedback and are best placed to generate new ideas for growth. The engineering and installation teams need to work in close harmony with customer sevices.
New developments comming from Engineering must meet with the approval of customer services and installation must be fully aware of the installation and testing of new services.
