We recognise that we employ certain individuals who are both very capable in many of the knowledge areas we need and also who would be difficult to replace should they leave the business for any reason.
The number of individuals concerned is relatively small making any decision to address this issue more manageable.
Our priority is to identify the individuals concerned and associate high risk knowledge areas with them to identify where we could have problems. Once we have identified the most serious problems we will need to consider what investment is required in order to alleviate the situations identified.
