Service and Delivery is a core part of the service offered by Comico plc.
In recent years, there has been considerable business focus on design, manufacture, installation and sales and marketting which has resulted in a stronger customer base for our products and services.
It is believed that the business future for Comico plc will be lead throgh the service and delivery business and in particiular through the customer services division. Now that the customer base is stronger, it is even more important that we focus attention on our customers and ensure that they receive high qwuality products and excellent services. The board of directors see this as the way forward and a direction which will maintain a strong and sound business model into the future.
The areas mentioned above, those of design, mmanufactire, installation and sales and marketting will in future be driven forward by the customer services team.
It is felt that with a detailed and up to date understanding of customer needs and customer satisfaction, Comico will be able to achieve a position as market leadert within a few years.
